I ate there a lot with friends while I was stationed in Germany. I'd never even eaten sushi before.
I always had great service (free appetizers most of the time) and an even better time.
I hope Ringo is doing bigger and better stuff now. Or at least paying the rent. :)

perhaps worth mentioning that it was built as a railway bridge on the long-gone Luxembourg-Echternach metre gauge railway line, in addition used by municipal trams that likewise have disappeared long ago. A strengthening is due in coming years, making the bridge fit to again carry tracks, this time of a new light rail system.

It´s the current headquarters of the EB, not the former one. An extension towards the north-east not yet visible on the map was opened in 2008, the 50th anniversary of EIB.

Nope, that´s not EIB but the translator´s building of the, hm, either European Parliament of the European Commission. A prefab structure not meant to last forever, but surprisingly spacious and even kind of comfortable.

One of the very good places around Luxembourg city. Nice cozy atmosphere in the summertime when both terasses are open. A really good place to stay before moving on to disco's and bars that are still open.
Pubs and Café's around Luxembourg close at 01.00 (1 AM) (including Scott's)except if they have permission to stay open till 03.00 (discos 05.00)
As for discos I can recommend Melusina and Muko Muko.
By the waya...since Scott's now has doorman the age of the people (at least inside) is 18 and older. Normally on a friday evening Scotts is packed but it's good fun.
Try out a tower of beer when you are there. This 3L beercylinder with tap at the buttom cost the about the same (even less i think) as 6 pints og beer.
Enjoy.
